| I offer a variety of services and classes that you can read more about on the Services Page. ___________________________________ Relaxation Class "Stretch your Body - Stretch your Mind" This 60-minute class will begin with soothing music that will sweep you away to your favorite space as we relax each muscle group from head to your toes for the first half hour. I will then take you on a wonderful journey within the mind through guided visualization, taking in all of your senses, bringing you back to center as we focus on each of the seven main chakras. You will leave more relaxed, serene, focused, and centered, one with the Universe, this physical plane and Mother Earth. I hope you will join us.
